Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before their scheduled time with no penalty. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service booked. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
